College football championships: College Football Playoff picks for April, May and June
In the wake of Super Bowl XLVIII, the college football world is looking to the future.
The first major college football championship game will be held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California on April 29, 2021, and will be televised by ESPN.
The game will feature the best college football teams from each conference, and feature the first matchup of the new conference championship series.
The winner of the championship game is the national champion and plays for the Super Bowl in 2021.
The NCAA will decide the championship games on April 14, 2021 and a decision on the championship format will be made on April 20.
The final selection for the 2021 championship game has yet to be made.
This is the first time that the NCAA has chosen its championship format, which is not yet finalized.
There are six semifinal matches, three championship matches and a final that is not part of the regular season.
The semifinals and championship will be played on Sunday, April 17, 2021.
The championship matches will be broadcast live on ESPN2 and ABC, and the final on ESPN3.
The game will include a pair of top-two playoff matchups, which will be contested between the top-three seeds in each conference and the four seed(s) in the other conference.
The semifinal games will be scheduled for April 22-24, 2021 at 8 p.m.
